wheel bearings and cd player

just had my xb serviced today, and was told that the bearings on the right rear side are wearing out. wierd! they can't figure out why.
also, last year i had a problem with the cd player, it was intermittently not ejecting cd's, and last august, at about 1.5 years old, the cd player jammed. they had to replace it. now the new one has been doing the same, and they're replacing it again.
both issues are under warranty, it's no prob to get fixed. but i'm wondering if others have had similiar issues with wheel bearings or cd players.

Wheel bearings, no. CD players, yes. Those are a bit on the "delicate" side.
They tend to jam if the changer is moving cds while you drive over a bump.

Do they also change the station when using only the radio? I have been having this issue already. Not all the time, and some days many a time during the drive.

First oil change coming so I plan on having the radio checked too, but wondering if the audio system is just 'delicate'?

      Thanks

        Icy,

I've heard of the radio changing stations on bumpy roads. You're under warranty, so call the dealership you go to,

tell them your problem, and make sure they have a new unit on hand. They shouldn't give you any trouble.

They should be able to switch it out quickly along with the oil change. Yours is an '06 right?

        Andy
